Does the watch work without being connected to the phone via Bluetooth?
Yes, but with limited functions. You will be able to use the stopwatch, alarms, flashlight, and see the time, but to receive notifications, make calls, use Alexa, and sync health data, you need to keep the Bluetooth connection active with your smartphone.
Can I reply to WhatsApp messages or only receive them?
You can only receive and read notifications from WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and other apps on the watch. It is not possible to reply to messages directly from the smartwatch; you can only view them.
How long does the battery last with normal use and how is it charged?
With normal use, it lasts between 5-7 days and in standby mode up to 30 days. It fully charges in 2 hours using the included USB cable. The battery has a capacity of 300 mAh and it is recommended to use chargers with a maximum output of 2A.
Can I submerge it in the pool or use it in the shower with hot water?
It has IP68 certification, so it is resistant to swimming, diving, and surfing in cold water. However, it is NOT recommended to use it in the shower with hot water or in steam baths, as high temperatures can damage internal components and reduce its lifespan.
What do I need to use the Alexa voice assistant on the watch?
You need an active Amazon account to log in to Alexa from the VeryFit app. Once configured, you can use voice commands to control smart devices connected to your Amazon account and receive responses through the watch's speaker.
