You can change your mind!
Is the product faulty from the factory? Is it not what you expected? At Metacompras, we understand our customers' problems and total satisfaction with our products is paramount to us. Here is our exchange and return guide:
EXCHANGES
-If the product has a defect, (missing a component or not functioning properly), we will issue a shipping request to start the exchange process. Remember that, to start this process, it is important to provide evidence (photo or video) through your Metacompras Account and within 30 days of receiving it.
-Remember that the product must be sent back to our warehouses without signs of wear or use and with all the components it was sent with.
-We will provide you with a QR Code to show when delivering your well-wrapped/packaged parcel at one of the available offices/businesses closest to your home for return.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we dispatch the replacement product; delivery time from that day is 2-4 days.
RETURNS
-We understand that it may not be possible for you to immediately check the condition of your product, so you have a period of 30 days after receiving your package to contact us and begin the return process.
-Any purchase paid in cash will not be valid for cash refunds; you will be given a gift card for the same price as the product you purchased to redeem in our store.
-For customers whose payment was made by transfer, charged to their card, or Kueskipay, a refund of their money will be subject to approval (as long as the product does not come with any missing components or signs of use). In case of product dissatisfaction, you will be given a gift card for the same price as the product you purchased to redeem in our store.
-The customer must return the product to our warehouses. To validate this return policy, the customer must present clear and conclusive evidence that the product had a fault and that its components are incomplete, as the case may be.
