Metacompras was founded in 2018, in a wonderful apartment by the beach in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. At that time, the community lacked access to a variety of reliable products and shopping services. With strong unmet demand and an entrepreneurial spirit, I decided to take action.

I began by acquiring products and promoting them on social media, offering a unique service in the region: the option to pay upon delivery. This innovation arose from the need to overcome the trust barrier in online shopping, especially in an environment where bad practices damaged the reputation of digital sales. With each delivery I personally made, whether on foot, by bicycle, or by taxi, I made sure to provide exceptional service. I explained to each customer how to use the products and ensured they were completely satisfied, hoping they would recommend Metacompras to their friends and family.

As demand grew, it became clear that I would need more support. I formed partnerships with groups of delivery drivers and developed logistics applications to efficiently manage deliveries. Thanks to these initiatives and organic marketing, Metacompras has grown to become a pillar of trust in the community.

Over time, we expanded our services to more cities, involving an increasingly larger team of committed and responsible staff. Currently, we are open to welcoming more collaborators who share our vision of offering exceptional service. We have implemented modern payment solutions to further facilitate product acquisition. We now offer card payment gateways, allowing interest-free monthly installments, as well as financing options through KueskiPay and monthly payments with MercadoLibre. These facilities have made Metacompras an accessible and convenient option for our customers.
