How do you change the 5 stainless steel cones?
The cones are easily interchangeable by twisting and removing the current cone, then placing the desired one until a safety click is heard. It requires no additional tools and takes only seconds to change.
Can it be washed in a dishwasher or how is it properly cleaned?
The stainless steel cones are dishwasher safe. The motor base should only be cleaned with a damp cloth; never submerge it in water to protect the electrical components.
Can it process hard foods like nuts or hard cheese?
Yes, the 300W motor has enough power to process nuts, hard cheeses, carrots, and other firm foods. It is recommended to cut them into medium-sized pieces for better performance and to avoid motor overload.
What is the difference between the 5 included cones and what is each one used for?
The 5 cones offer different thicknesses and cutting styles: fine slicing, thick slicing, fine grating, coarse grating, and chopping. This allows adapting the cut according to the recipe, from potatoes for gratin to vegetables for salads.
