How long does the battery last on a full charge?
With the two included 21V 1.5Ah batteries, you can work for approximately 40-50 minutes of continuous use per battery. Since you have two batteries, while one is in use, the other can be charging for uninterrupted work.
What branch thickness can this pole saw cut?
The 6-inch (15 cm) chain can cut branches up to approximately 12-13 cm in diameter. It is ideal for pruning fruit trees, shrubs, and medium branches; it is not designed for thick trunks or felling large trees.
How do you adjust the pole length and cutting angle?
The pole includes 4 metal extension rods that connect to each other, allowing you to adjust from 34 cm to 230 cm according to your needs. The head has an adjustable buckle system that allows you to change the cutting angle to reach branches in different positions.
Does it need oil for the chain and how is it applied?
Yes, an oil pot is included in the package. You should apply chainsaw chain oil regularly to the guide bar before and during use to keep the chain lubricated, reduce wear, and ensure smooth cuts.
Can it be used without the extension as a handheld chainsaw?
Yes, it is a fully functional 2-in-1 system. You can use only the 1.2 kg motorized head as a portable chainsaw for ground-level work, or attach the extension rods to reach high branches up to 2.3 meters.
